How to wake up early





Try some of this tips to get up early and avoid going back to sleep.

  1. Put your alarm far away from your bed, that way you will have to get up from bed to turn it off.
  2. Keep a cup of water near yout bed and drink some of it once you wake up. 
  3. Expose to the sunlight if is possible. 
  4. Put some of your favorite music.
  5. Make some quick excersice to increase endorphins
